GARMET CARE
Launder at least once per week with regular laundry detergent in warm water, using a normal wash cycle. No bleach, Woolite, fabric softener or dryer sheets, please. Laundering will remove the accumulation of pool chemicals, sunscreen and perspiration from the fabric. Your suit can be dried in the dryer. Just make sure there are no Velcro items in the dryer that could snag the fabric. Men’s and women’s shorts have Velcro pockets – please don’t dry together with women’s swimsuits and rash guards!
Don’t bundle up your uniform items or roll them in a towel. Mildew will start to grow within 24 hours, and mildew will destroy your suit’s fabric

Lifeguard Train-X Swimsuit
Length of ownership: 1 month-1 year
Pros: I like this suit very much because it fits well, does not ride up and i am a size xl. this suit is flattering to my body type.
Cons: this suit flattens my bust and has zero support, i wish it had a shelf bra for support and when i get cold well lets just say that everyone can see that I am. so it needs some kind of extra lining in that area

Lifeguard Train-X Swimsuit
Length of ownership: more than 1 year
Pros: This is my favorite suit style. I am 78 years old, have been wearing them for 9 years and would not use any other for pool workout and exercise. It is comfortable, discreet (totally lined), does NOT ride up and is easy to don.
Cons: I wish it was more chlorine resistant. My pool eats 4 of them a year; however, I swim 5 days a week and it is still a better survivor than anything else I have worn.
