Bulk Orders:

• Lead Time - Orders placed in April, May, or June may require a 2–3-week lead time due to high seasonal demand.
• International Shipments - International orders require additional lead time. Estimates available during quoting.
• Freight Costs - Freight costs vary based on dimensions, quantity, and destination. Smaller quantities ship in individual boxes. For bulk or palletized orders, contact our customer service team if a shipping quote is needed prior to placing your order.

Special Orders:

• Special Orders – Reach out to our customer service for any “Special Order” requests that differ from the standard options.  
• Private Label (Your Logo) – Screen-printed logos are available on orders of 144 pieces or more, with a $2.25 charge per logo. A $50 setup fee applies per screen. Child, Youth, and Adult sizes each require a separate screen and setup fee. Private label orders with your logo require a 4–6 week lead time (up to 8 weeks from April to June).
• Special Order Colors - Looking for non-standard colors? Special Order colorways are available in limited options with a 325-piece minimum per color. There is an up charge of 10%. Additional lead time is required.
