The Adolescent Water Rescue Manikin is made of durable plastic with rust-resistant skeletons, articulated joints, with CPR capabilities. As the manikin fills with water, it will sink up to the neck. To take them to the bottom, add five to ten pounds of weight (not supplied). This water rescue manikin includes 1 manikin and 5 replacement mouthpieces.
