Policy: Every customer deserves to be fully satisfied with their lifeguard equipment, uniforms, and supplier. Watersafety.com will happily accept returns and exchanges; however, the following criteria must be met. Please note you are responsible for the shipping charges unless the return is due to our error. All returns must be pre-authorized by a Water Safety Products associate. Allow us to assist you with your return or exchange by calling us at 1-800-987-7238 Ext. 4, or email us at email@example.com.
You may return or exchange most products. However, exceptions are listed below:
Returns must be made within 30 days of the original ship date.
Refunds will be made for store credit. We will not provide cash refunds.
Returns may not be accepted on custom goods with silk-screening, embroidery, or modification.
Swimsuits: Swimwear that is thought to be defective and is being returned for our inspection MUST BE LAUNDERED AND CLEAN, or it will not be considered for replacement.
Allowable swimsuit returns: Unused suits in new condition, Women’s suits with standard Lifeguard logo embroidered on center chest, Men’s suits with standard Lifeguard logo embroidered on left leg.
Unacceptable swimsuit returns: Silkscreened logos of any type, custom embroidered swimsuits, Lifeguard and cross embroidered women's suits if you choose left hip placement, Lifeguard and cross embroidered men's suits if you choose logo placement other than left leg.
Clearance Items: all Clearance sales are final and may not be returned.
How to Exchange a Product: Follow the step by step process below. Also please note that there is a 15% restock fee, unless the return is due to our error.
Call 1-800-987-7238 Ext 4 and confirm that you need to make a return or exchange.
We will give you a Return Authorization number (RA number). Please mark the RA number on the carton in which you are returning the product.
If you are making an exchange we will send the new product immediately and process a credit when the returned product is received.
If you are making a return, your account will be credited once we have received the item(s).
